The GCCIJ respects the rights of the individual with regard to personal data.
The GCCIJ will respond within an appropriate time frame to any request by an individual for information on the use of his her personal data.
The GCCIJ will immediately correct the personal data of any individual which is incorrect or which has changed, or which could divulge the identity of the individual.

3. Procedures for the proper management of personal data
The GCCIJ implements appropriate security measures to prevent the unauthorized access, alteration, deletion, loss or damage of the personal data it has compiled.

4. Compliance with legal and other requirements
The GCCIJ abides by all applicable laws and other directives concerning personal data, as well as the internal regulations of the GCCIJ.

5. Continuous improvement of the protection of personal data
The GCCIJ has appointed a data protection officer to implement and test the security measures described above, and if necessary to replace them with improved measures.
